  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

  • You have not downloaded any course materials or claimed bonus content.

  • You provide a valid reason with supporting context for your request.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • If more than 20% of the course has been completed.

  • If the purchase was made during a special discount, offer, or promotion.

  • If the request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or screenshot)

Processing Time

Once approved, the refund will be Credited within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
